The Trans Women Sisterhood of Canada is currently organized and directed under an unincorporated National Organizing Committee structure. Materials, placeholders, and operational panels presented on this interface are built for community visibility and infrastructure scaling. Formal documents are currently under preparation for official non-profit entity applications under the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act and matching regional filings within the 2026 fiscal cycle. This site does not process commercial sales, financial memberships, or public charitable fundraising requests at this stage.

Compliance & Data Accountability: In absolute alignment with the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the National Organizing Committee is the direct data custodian for all submitted communication pathways. Personal identifiers, names, secure contact emails, and regional designations collected via the recruitment forms are captured solely to review foundational volunteer placement and verify local organization interest.
Limitation of Collection, Use, & Safeguards: No personal details are bartered, leased, shared, or distributed to any outside commercial third parties or external groups. All user data is encrypted natively in transit and safely sequestered within protected system silos. You retain the absolute statutory right to request a formal copy of your recorded information profile, demand data rectification updates, or permanently revoke your operational communication consent profile at any time by issuing a direct takedown query to our committee office.
